The Good Councillors Guide to Neighbourhood Planning (2017)

The guide is designed specifically to help local councillors support their communities and council in deciding whether or not to produce a neighourhood plan for their area and, if they decide to go-ahead, to guide them through the process of producing the plan and thinking about how it will be delivered.

SALC members can download a copy of this publication from the Members area of our website.  Hard copies of this publication can be purchased from us at a cost of £4 per copy to member councils, £5 per copy to non-member councils.
